Therefore, California is also often referred to as a fruit chamber of the United States. We at Brökelmann 1845 like to serve us this fruit chamber, because under the shining Californian sun grow here our walnuts, which we use for our 1845 walnut oil.

The 1845 walnut oil is a noble salad oil, but it is also suitable for refining asparagus or fish dishes and soups. The fact that our oil is a composition of natural and roasted walnuts, it can also be used for desserts, pastries and desserts.
